CITY NATIONAL BANK EXEC JOINS BOARD OF OTIS COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN
During his more than 30 years in marketing and advertising, Thomas R. Miller has helped position some of the world’s premier brands for companies like Ford Motor Company, Proctor & Gamble, Mattel, RJR Nabisco, The Pillsbury Company, Sunkist and Universal Studios. His
Immediately prior to joining City National Bank, Miller was executive vice president and general manager of the Los Angeles office of Foot, Cone & Belding Worldwide. Before joining FCB, he was president of Ketchum Advertising/New York and a member of the board of directors of Ketchum Communications, Inc. He also served as chairman of the New York Council of the American Association of Advertising Agencies.
Thomas R. Miller earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University. Active in community and civic affairs, he is president of the Los Angeles Conservancy board of directors, and also serves on the boards of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Parks Foundation. Miller is also chairman emeritus of the Los Angeles Library Foundation.
