MFA Candidate (Poetry) Otis College of Art and Design; BCLAD Credential (English Language Arts), California State University, Los Angeles; BA (Psychology) California State University, Los Angeles. She teaches Developmental English II and has completed a novel (unpublished) entitled The River’s Blue, and is working on a second entitled Frankie Stigmata.

Rocio has been teaching part-time at Otis since Fall 2009.
