Ana Llorente: 2012-13 Faculty Development Grant Report

Excerpt:

Before returning to Amsterdam, 18 years after my first visit, I had forgotten why I do what I do and why I love what I do. I was tired of designing, it felt robotic, prescribed, predictable. ... My visit to Amsterdam made me fall back in love with my unique way of doing, seeing, and making and gave the inside renewed permission to take charge of the outside.

Senior Lecturer, Communication Arts and MFA Graphic Design
