Please join us for an afternoon of events on Sunday June 14th to kick off the Limited Residency MFA in Graphic Design Summer Semester.

Visiting Artist Lecture: Teun Castelein (Amsterdam),4pm-5pm, Galef 218
Teun Castelein studied Architectural Design at the School for the Arts in Utrecht, Netherlands. In 2007, Castelein received his MFA at the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam. His project 'The Million Dollar Building' has been widely publicized in several media. Casteleins' work has been represented at the Graphic Design Museum Breda, Stedelijk Museum Gorinchem, Internationale Bouwtentoonstelling Hoogvliet Rotterdam, Art Pie International Amsterdam, and La Biennale di Venezia. His work is published in Newsweek Europe, Der Spiegel, NRC handelsblad, Eye Magazine, and Metropolis M. Castelein reflects on the global entrepreneurial spirit in a rather ironical way.

Lecture followed by the opening reception for Familiar/Unfamiliar in the Bolsky Gallery.
