 vate homes across the street from the historic Watts Towers.&#160\; The dr
 eam for this long-term project includes an artist residency program\, a co
 mmunity-run cafe and organic garden\, and low income housing.\n\n\nArcenea
 ux\, a native Angelino\, has a versatile practice including drawings\, pho
 tography\, collaborative installations\, community-based social sculpture 
 and large-scale film projects.&#160\; Arceneaux received his BFA from the 
 Art Center College of Art and Design in Pasadena and his MFA from the Cali
