Welding procedures covered include gas, arc, MIG, TIG, and plasma cutting. Students work on individual projects during each class.
Depending on the nature of projects, each student welds using special disciplines and completes one welding project.
First class materials: First class period is a lecture with no hands-on practice. Further discussion, handouts and materials list will be provided. Students supply all metal and materials for individual projects; some practice metals will be supplied by instructor.
