The message will provide information regarding the status of classes, access to the facilities, and other safety issues. The Facilities Department has prepared the Emergency Procdures Handbook to assist the Otis Community in preparing for, dealing with, and appropriately reporting a variety of emergency situations, including earthquake, fire, elevator malfunction, and medical emergencies. Pandemic Influenza Outbreak Planning Guide
In conjunction with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, along with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO), Otis provides the following information regarding the threat of a pandemic influenza outbreak to their students, staff, and faculty.
