Room for Rent

I have live work space in Hermosa Beach California that I want to share with a person. It is a three story condo with large ceilings on top floor and view of the ocean with a big deck. There are two bedrooms and two full baths with a small den. I am thinking that an artist, actor, painter, musician, or writer could work in it and live in it. I think a month to month with three month minnimum at $1550.00 would be good to start with. It is great for dinners, consultations, rehearsals, and yoga classes. Any people interested please email or call.

Interested parties should contact: Nancy.hill12@verizon.net or 310-374-5199
