Final Grades
All grades will be submitted via the web. In order to submit your grades you must login to Self Service. Faculty are expected to read all Faculty Grading instructions on this site.
Final Grades Online Due Date:
	Fall 2011	Monday, December 19, 2011 (12:00 noon)
	Continuing Education Fall 2011	Monday, December 19, 2011 (12:00 noon)

Attendance Sheets are due to the Department Chairs the same date of online grading.

If you have any technical questions regarding on-line grading after reading the documents provided, please contact Arturo De La Fuente, Registration Specialist – Technical at (310) 665-6952. Your academic department assistants are also available to assist you with on-line grading questions. Important Note: You will need your Otis ID (X number) and password to enter your grades on-line. If you do not remember your password/pin: enter your Otis ID; then click the "Forgot PIN". The question that you typed in will appear, then type in you answer. Once you've entered the correct answer (case sensitive) you will be asked to create a NEW password/pin. If you have problems with your Otis ID or password, please contact your Studio Department. Otis ID numbers and passwords cannot be given over the telephone under any circumstances.
