The College Assessment Plan, or CAP, is a broad effort to coordinate new and existing assessment practices in support of student and institutional learning and success, and will be fully operational in 2014-15. (See Timeline.) The CAP is overseen by the Assessment Committee of the Academic Assembly.
The two major elements of the CAP are:
1. selective annual ILO/PLO assessment (the complete set to be assessed over a 7-year period)
2. redesigned program review (all curricular and co-curricular programs to undergo review every 8 years)
