The Strategic Bridge Plan for FY2011 - FY2013 includes numerous Academic Affairs objectives, strategic foci, and milestones. As milestones are met, documents are forwarded to the President for consideration and review.
- A Faculty Workload Task Force was formed in Fall 2009 in accordance with the Strategic Bridge Plan milestones 19.ii and 20.i. Read the 2011 Recommendations--Part I of the Faculty Workload Task Force. A second body was convened in 2011-12 in response to the 2011 recommendations: Read the 2012 Recommendations--Part II.
- The Faculty Development Committee examined Options and Criteria for the Sabbaticals Program, in response to Stratigic Bridge Plan Milestone 21.ii, and forwarded Recommendations to the President in April, 2011.
- A Student Workload Task Force was formed in Fall 2011 in accordance with Strategic Bridge Plan milestones 22.i and 22.ii. Read the 2012 Report of the Student Workload Task Force, indluding its recommendations.
