Otis was honored with an NMC Centers of Excellence Award at the 2007 New Media Consortium Conference for the TLC's outstanding support to Otis Faculty.

The Library and the TLC share staff. The following is a list of people and the specifics about how they can assist you.

	Kathleen Forrest, Overall TLC Coordinator 2006 - present (310) 846-2576 kforrest@otis.edu Kathleen organizes workshops and trainings. She produces videos, learning objects, and podcasts. She is an OSpace expert. Drop in anytime or sign up for a workshop.

	Sue Maberry, Director of Library and Instructional Technology 1992 - present (310) 665-6925 maberry@otis.edu Sue has been researching and consulting on useful technologies for Otis for many years, including learning management systems, e-portfolios, digital asset management, blogs, wikis, YouTube, Second Life, and all things "web 2.0." She implements and develops curriculum for the Information Literacy program at Otis.

	Heather Cleary, Visual Resources Librarian 2002 - present (310) 665-6926 hcleary@otis.edu Heather handles all things Otis DID. She is also very knowledgeable on blogs and wikis. She is an O-Space and e-portfolios expert.

	Sheldon Forbes, Circulation Manager 1999 - present (310) 665-6930 sforbes@otis.edu Shelley is the Scantron and Survey Monkey expert. She consults about Second Life and PowerPoint.
