Video Resources at Otis	Search the OPAC for specific titles, artists or subjects. The circulating collection contains over 5,000 videos and DVDs arranged in sections:
Check the New Videos List	AA = Art and Artists Includes films about specific artists, designers, movements, museums, and cultures.	F = Features Includes feature, direct to video, and other narrative films, shorts compilations, and more.
Read the Collection Development Policy	AD = Advertising Compilations of ads, including Clio awards winners by year.	I = Instructional How to videos. Includes videos on yoga, paper-making, and English grammar.
Suggest a Video	AN = Animation Includes animated films, compilations, television shows, and documentaries.	M = Music Includes music videos, concert films, operas, and biographies of musicians. Arranged by artist/composer/band and title.
	D = Documentary Includes non-fiction features, shorts, and television shows.	O = Otis Events at Otis, including fashion shows, commencemences, senior shows, Foundation Forward, and artist and designer lectures.
	DG = Digital Media Instructional videos about software. Only available to Digital Media students.	T = Television Inlcudes television series, miniseries, and some made-for-tv movies. Arranged by title.
	Video Hold Shelf Located at the Circulation Desk, videos on reserve for courses are usually available for in-library use only.	V = Video and Experimental Film Includes feature length and anthologies of video and experimental film. Arranged by artist and title.

General Interest	Internet Archive's Moving Images Collection - Most items are in the public domain and can be downloaded. Includes classic feature films, news programs, animation, stock footage, and more.
	Prelinger Archives - Part of the Internet Archive, this collection concentrates on "ephemeral" films, e.g. educational, advertising, industrial, and amateur films. (We have some compilations of films from this collection in the DVD stacks)
	Vimeo - Video-sharing social networking site.
	YouTube - Check out the Otis Channel for videos produced at Otis.

Experimental and Video Art	ArtReview.com: Videos - Social networking site for the British magazine, includes professionally made videos, art, interviews, curators, etc., as well more amateur content.
	UbuWeb Film and Video - Watch videos by well-known artists on UBU. The site about the avant-garde and outsider arts also contains much more material including docunments, music and radio interviews.
	Video Data Bank - Archive of video art and includes free clips. Some items are cataloged in our video collection.

Film and Television	Channel 101 - It began as a place where failed network television pilots and series went to die, it has become the site to test new web series. Members vote on which series get "picked up."
	Hulu - Free collection. Contains full episodes, clips, and/or related materials of past and current television shows as well as feature films. (Only available within the United States)
	Movie Clips - Free collection; login optional. Contains over 12,000 clips from popular movies. Most clips can be embedded into blogs and websites.
	Network Websites - Many TV networks stream full episodes, previews, webisodes, and extra content directly from their websites, e.g. ABC, CBS, Comedy Central, CW, Fox, NBC, and TNT. Most include short commercial breaks. TV episodes are also available for sale from other sites, e.g. iTunes and Amazon Video on Demand, or from subscription services, e.g. Netflix.

History and Culture	American Memory Project - Powered by the Library of Congress, the site offers access to videos, images and documents of US history from different institutions.
	Calisphere - The California Digital Library offers this collection of images and videos of California history. Some items also available via Luna Commons.
	Civil Rights Digital Library - Contains a plethora of primary sources, including images, sound and video.
	Screen Search Fashion - Thematic guide to 1920s-1930s UK fashion and dress via film.

Training	Library Videos: Digital Media Section (DG) - The Otis Library houses many DVDs and CDs of software training, including tutorials produced by the Gnomon Workshop. (Available only to Digital Media students)
	Library Videos: Instructional (I) - The Otis Library has some how-to videos available for check-out.
	Lynda.com - Collection of training videos and materials on popular software and hardware.
