Human Resources serves as a strategic partner along side of Otis' administration, faculty, and staff in supporting the mission of Otis College of Art and Design. Human Resources takes a leadership role in providing services that support the College by promoting the concept that our faculty and staff are our most valuable resources and will be treated as such. Human Resources acts as catalysts enabling all employees to contribute at optimum levels towards the overall success of the College.

The Human Resources staff will work with college administrators, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to personnel and affirmative action.
