The combination of a creative and diverse student body, exceptional faculty, and facilities within strategic areas within Southern California make Otis a major art and design hub.

Human Resources & Development serves as a strategic partner along side of Otis' administration, faculty, and staff in supporting the mission of Otis College of Art and Design. We take a leadership role in providing services that support the College by promoting the concept that our faculty and staff are our most valuable resources and will be treated as such. As catalysts and champions, we aid and encourage all employees to contribute at optimum levels towards the overall success of the College.

The Human Resources & Development team works with college administrators, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to personnel and affirmative action. The HR&D team also works with employees across the College to provide a combination of training and education to ensure the continual improvement and growth of both the individual employee and the College balanced with maintaining the mission and values of Otis.
