Lusine Balikyan, M.S.
Assistant Director, Center for Creative Professions
Lusine is responsible for all aspects of career development. Her responsibilities include career counseling, portfolio review, job search strategies, employer cultivation, internship development, career assessment implementation and teaching students how to promote their own professional skills in today's job market. She has a Master of Science degree in College Counseling and Student Services from University of LaVerne and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University of Northridge.
Sounjew Phommala, M.S.
On-Campus Student Employment Coordinator
Sounjew manages all aspects of on-campus student employment. This includes guidance on finding a job on-campus, filling out the correct forms, employment approval, time card discrepancies, and employment discrepancies. She has a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management from University of La Verne, and Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Merchandising and Management from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
