Policy Addendum (November 21, 2011)
Policy Regarding Minor Students and International Travel

Participation in international travel is restricted to students who are at least 18 years old at the time the international travel begins. Accordingly, minor students (under 18 years old) may not register for any course in which international travel is a required element unless that minor student will become 18 years old prior to the commencement of the international travel.

Policy Addendum (December, 2011)
Code of Conduct Revision.
  Effect December 2011, the Provost and Dean of Student Affairs will be the point of appeal in accordance with the Code outlined on pages 62-64 of the 2011-2012 Student Handbook.

Policy Addendum, (February, 2012)
The following definition of "student" will replace the current definition in the Otis Student Code of Conduct, pages 62-64 of the 2011-2012 Student Handbook.

 Student: For purposes of the Code of Conduct, a student is an individual currently enrolled, or eligible and intending to enroll, in any College program or class during the fall or spring semesters, recess period between semesters, or summer period, whether on- or off-campus and including all individuals taking courses at the College, both full-time and part-time, pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies. During the recess period between fall and spring semesters or the summer period, Student includes one who has been enrolled in the immediately preceding fall or spring term and/or is eligible for continuing enrollment or graduation. Student does not include Continuing Education registrants or prospective registrants.
