Why am I a designer?

In the words of Vilem Flusser, “Everything depends on design.”

We are all designers, to some extent.  To say "I'm a designer," carries with it its own cultural meaning, especially in our society today.  But, every person designs their own actions, relationships, and belongings to suit their needs.

Some just take the time to reflect on and refine their intentions.

My basic intention is to help others.  At first, I thought Science was the best way to do this.  But for me, the view wasn’t wide enough.  The study of Design is a wide-angled lens, offering a shot of the world which includes human anatomy and behavior, but also human emotion and experience.
