Ban the Bottle Abolish the Bag:
Ways to reduce plastic pollution in our oceans

In Rise Above Plastics (2009) students began by researching the impact plastic trash has on our local oceans, wildlife and communities.  They then worked in multi-disciplinary teams to develop proposals to educate and encourage the reduction, reuse and refusal of plastic bags, bottles and containers.
