Designers and artists of the future at internship fair

More than eighty companies and arts institutions visited Otis last week to recruit interns. Representatives were impressed by the work as well as the professionalism of the students. As Betsy Parker, Director of Design Connections at Nike/Hurley/Converse/Umbro, commented "I was so impressed with what I saw, not only from a design point of view, but also with their thought process. These young designers, who are being pushed by the faculty to rethink design, are where the future lies."
