What do our emotions look like on paper?  How do you visualize a sensation?

I am an interdisciplinary, multimedia artist and designer working to visualize the mind and engage a viewer in a more personal sense than making something that is simply eye catching.  I focus on themes of escapism, psychology, horror, and history while utilizing bright colors to add a sense of camp and fantasy.  I see design as a way of organizing my thoughts into shapes and puzzles, fine art as a vessel for putting emotions on display, and film as a way to convey these feelings more clearly while engaging both sight and sound.  I like to create experiences that take the viewer out of the reality of the moment and bring them into my world.
