One of my strengths is adaptation and the field of design provides many opportunities for me to leverage that strength. The other aspect of design that I enjoy is having the challenge and opportunity to apply my creativity within a variety of contexts and constraints to find a design solution for the user.
I know I am about to enter into a post-pandemic world in which design will play an even greater role in enabling people and providing them with the tools to rebuild their lives and to make the world more sustainable. Whether a design challenge is serious or whimsical, I look forward to the opportunity to use the design thinking, process, skills that I have developed to understand, adapt, and design meaningful solutions for a world in need.
