Description: It's a great self-care act to hold nature in our hands and make art with it. This interactive 3-hour workshop combines mindfulness, getting fresh air, and making stunning art out of natural materials. Students learn a special monoprinting technique using collage and plant materials. Using geli plates and flora they will create colorful cards out of nature's imprints. This workshop is for anyone looking to connect with the outdoors and make something beautiful. Topics include creating patterns with real leaves, playing with color mixing, rolling and mixing ink onto a geli plate, and pulling prints and cards from a geli plate.
