Using cuttlebone to cast is an age-old practice and provides an introduction to melting metal and casting. In this one-day workshop each participant will design either a ring, pendant, or brooch of their own and carve this into cuttlebone. Carving tools and approximately one ounce of sterling silver casting grain will be provided by the instructor. Pouring molten metal is a wonderful experience! We hope you'll join us.
