Movies that Matter Screening: Chasing Coral

Movies that Matter Screening: Chasing Coral

Please join us for a Movies that Matter screening of the award-winning powerful new film Chasing Coral on Tuesday, September 19 at 7:00 PM in the Otis College Forum, with special guest speakers.

We are honored to have the film’s producer Larissa Rhodes and camera operator Mark Crawford as our special guests for the Q & A following the screening moderated by Movies that Matter series producers Judy Arthur and Perri Chasin.

Coral reefs around the world are vanishing at an unprecedented rate. A team of divers, photographers and scientists set out on a thrilling ocean adventure to discover why, and to reveal the underwater mystery to the world. With its breathtaking photography, nail-biting suspense, and startling emotion, Chasing Coral is a dramatic revelation.

“An emotional race against time...Apocalyptic sci-fi? This is real life.” - Nicole Herrington, The New York Times

The Movies that Matter Special Screening Series is produced by LAS Faculty Perri Chasin and Mentor Faculty Judy Arthur in Association with Mike Luna and Otis Student Activities.
