Otis Radio: What Does a Portrait Sound Like?

Creative Action and the Otis Radio Class present What Does a Portrait Sound Like? an interactive installation by Chelsea McCarthy (Fine Arts), Hakob Minasian (Digital Media) and Josh Wallace (Product Design). Chelsea, Hakob and Josh have built a 3D photo booth which will scan participants and generate a sound bite through specific sound technology software. Participants will ultimately be able to not only see their 3D portrait, but also hear their portrait. The first ten participants will receive a 3D print of their scan, courtesy of Otis Creative Action and the Hearst Foundation.

Otis Radio is taught by Michele Jaquis and Mentored by Mark Farina.
