Orange County Premiere Screening of
The State of Creativity
A Look into the Otis Report on the Creative Economy
Otis College of Art and Design is pleased to announce the formation of a media partnership with KCETLink. The partnership will bring the 2014 Otis Report on the Creative Economy of the Los Angeles Region and the State of California into the digital age through an interactive, multi-platform presentation developed by, and for, KCETLink’s award-winning arts and culture series, Artbound.
Using Artbound’s visually rich style of storytelling, the 2014 Otis Report will be enlivened through a series of online articles and short video segments which will appear weekly on Artbound’s website beginning March 2, 2015 (http://www.kcet.org/arts/artbound/). The project culminates in a one-hour television show which will premiere in Southern California on March 24, 2015 at 8 PM PST on KCET and nationally on March 30 at 8 PM PST & ET on Link TV (DirecTV 375 and DISH Network 9410).
In advance of the broadcast, Otis is hosting two premiere screenings of the one-hour television show—in Los Angeles and Orange Counties—to launch the Report’s findings.
