“Our Lungs, Your Wings” is a short film created for The Broad’s commemoration of World AIDS Day, completed by performance artist féi hernandez, and will be screened in honor of National Coming Out Day as well as Latinx Heritage Month. After the screening, féi hernandez will talk about their interdisciplinary artistic process making the film. They will additionally share an overview of their journey as a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and multimodal spiritualist and how all aspects of their intersectional life works in effort to create better futures for trans, gender non-confirming, and queer BIPOC folks. The audience is encouraged to pose questions in the latter half of the event!
