Special Lecture: Design Week 2016
June 12, 2016

This public lecture will feature designers from all participating Design Week 2016 studios including, All the Way to Paris, Martin Huberman of Estudio Normal + Ariel Di Lisio of Twentyfive, S.Y.N.D.I.C.A.T., Marijke Cobbenhagen + Nuankhanit Phromchanya, Drawswords, and Silas Munro.
“The goal of the lecture is to introduce international talent to Otis students and the Los Angeles community. We bring the world to our campus... and we are thrilled to open our doors to anyone in the city who wants to be inspired for a night!,” says Kali Nikitas, Graduate Graphic Design's Founding Chair.
Each summer, the Graduate Graphic Design program begins with Design Week, a one-week intensive that exposes students to internationally recognized visiting artists whose practice exemplifies alternative practices.
This program is supported by the Consulate General of the Netherlands in New York.
