Join our virtual info session to meet Otis instructors and learn about Extension’s Certificate Programs: Animation and Motion Graphics.


The Animation Certificate Program prepares students with an expertise in creating digital animations that integrate art and design principles, conceptual thinking, and technical skill with industry-relevant digital tools. Students develop portfolio-ready work that includes concept development, storytelling, 2D and 3D graphics, and digital tools central to animation production. This sequence of courses provides intensive study that can lead to employment in the specialized field of animation. 


The Motion Graphics Certificate Program prepares students with an expertise in creating motion graphics that integrate art and design principles, conceptual thinking, and technical skill with industry-relevant digital tools. Students develop portfolio-ready work that includes concept development, typography, graphic design, multimedia, and digital tools central to motion design production. This sequence of courses provides intensive study that can lead to employment in the specialized field of motion graphics.
