Visiting Artist Lecture: Joshua Clover

Joshua Clover is a professor at the University of California Davis. He is a published poet, scholar, critic, and journalist.

He specializes in 20th/21st century poetry and poetics, literature and social movements, political economy and histories of capitalism, crisis theory and cultures of finance, with an interest in environment, feminism, and critical race studies. He is also a faculty member in the Department of Comparative Literature, and affiliated faculty in French and Italian Department, Film Studies Program and the Designated Emphasis in Critical Theory. He is affiliated with the Mellon Research Initiative in Racial Capitalism.
