Polymer Clay Workshop
Once marketed as a children’s toy, polymer clay has come into its own as an art medium. It can be combined with a wide range of materials, and adapted to produce jewelry, sculpture, and objects for the home. In this 1-day workshop you will learn about the ornamental and practical applications of polymer clay, and how to use ceramic tools, paints, and powders with this medium to create your own decorative effect.
All the clay and media materials for the workshop will be provided by Marie Segal, the instructor.
Supplies: Bring a portable work surface, such as a flexible plastic cutting board that can be found on Amazon or at Bed, Bath, & Beyond, and other outlets that sell tools for the kitchen.
