Mike Cedeno studied at California Institute of Art. Mr. Cedeno has been teaching animation and drawing classes at Otis College since 2013. His professional experience includes 27 years of working as a character animator and character designer for Disney Feature Animation. Kathleen Quaife is an artist, animator and educator who has worked in the animation industry as an effects animator for three decades/25 films/hundreds of commercials/special projects/ themed exhibitions/ web animation/flash interactive projects and more. Kathleen’s work at Disney Feature Animation, helping to train interns on the animation track, eventually segued into a teaching profession beginning in 2004. She completed her MFA in Computer Arts and New Media in 2013. She has a strong foundation in classical art training and has been working with digital since it was introduced into the production pipeline of animation production in the mid 1990’s.
Kathleen was a co-teacher for the Character Design Class for SOA.
