Jenny is an educator and design strategy consultant. She has expertise in innovation processes, ethics and collaboration, gleaned from a broad range of experience in commercial, academic and nonprofit organizations. In her commercial practice, Jenny works with emerging technology builders to craft meaningful and actionable design strategies.
Jenny has 13+ years of experience talking to people all over the world about their values, designing responses as a strategist and product designer, shaping methodology as a lecturer at OTIS College of Art and Design and guest lecturer at UCLA and USC, and working with teams to develop machine learning driven experiences for millions of users. She is also a scientist, suicide and crisis hotline counselor and mentor to several designers.
