Alum TONE NIELSEN ‘98(with Kuratorisk Aktion) has launched a new exhibition venue CAMP (Center for Art on Migration Politics) and an inaugural group exhibition Camp Life in Copenhagen, Denmark from April 17 to June 15, 2015.

Alum COURTNEY STRICKLIN ‘06 co-hosted and performing at the art exhibition and event, Futures, with her band, King Courtney & The Dukes. The event featured and auctioned a commissioned piece from alum LORENZO HURTADO SEGOVIA ‘07 to benefit My Refuge House. 293 Chung King Road, April 18, 2015

GFA assistant chair’s ANNETTA KAPON’S Proxy Gallery hosted the exhibition Exchange by artist Susan Silton, from April 1 to 30, 2015.

Alum LORENZO HURTADO SEGOVIA ‘07showed his work in the group exhibition Paper, Ground at CB1 Gallery from April 18 to May 30, 2015.

GFA Open Studios event took place on Sunday April 12, 2-5 pm at the Culver City Studios.

The March 2015 issue of CAA.review has a discussion of the March 2014 Tony Greene exhibition at the MAK center that was organized by GFA faculty JUDIE BAMBER and Monica Majoli.
