Alum SABINE DEHNEL ’03 is participating in the group exhibition LADIES FIRST at Galerie 2106 Ravensburg, Germany, from August 18 to September 26, 2018. She will also be Artist In Residence for 2018 at Museum Kunst der Westküste, Föhr. Coming up is also DOUBT AT THE TERM OF TRUTH at Galerie Schmalfuß, Berlin, from June 2 to 20, 2018.

Alum RANDI GANULIN ’96 installed “Arterial,” at Amazon in downtown Seattle, part of Shunpike's Storefronts project. She also exhibited ten “Paired Disaster” pieces at Blue Sky Gallery Photography Viewing Drawers in Portland through March 2019.

Alum NIZAN SHAKED ’00 is the author of a new book The Synthetic Proposition (Manchester U Press) which she launched on April 15, 2018 at CSULB in conversation with artist Mary Kelly.

Grads ANNA AYEROFF and XOCHI MABERRY-GAULKE had their MFA exhibition Imbody at the Otis Bolsky Gallery April 25-28, 2018.

Alum KRISTIN MOORE ’17 has a painting in a group show called “Excavations; Shindig” at Mantle Art Space in San Antonio TX from April 20 - May 5.

GradCHLOE JEONGMYO KIM participated in the group exhibition Space, Fill with Notion at the Korean Cultural Center in Los Angeles, from April 6-19, 2018.

Alum MELANY MEZA DIERKS ‘16 had a painting “iCloud” in the "Best of Hive" category for their 13th year anniversary show on Sunday April 8, 2018.Alum

JOHN LEES, ‘67 had a one-man exhibition at the Betty Cunningham Gallery, NYC from March 29 - April 4th. He also had a show of drawings at John Davis Gallery, Hudson, NY, from March 31 - April 22.

Grad LIANG ZHANG had her MFA Thesis exhibition “__________” at the Otis Bolsky Gallery from April 2-7 2018.

A Special Exhibition in Seoul ASIA/LA ← → LA/ASIA runs from April 14 to April 22, 2018 at the ARA Art Center in Seoul, South Korea. The exhibition includes MFA Fine Arts faculty ROY DOWELL and RENEE PETROPOULOS.

Alum JACOB MELCHI’S ‘03 “Jacob’s” is showing Rema Ghuloum - Walking In The Dark which opens Saturday April 7th 2018 and by appointment through April 21st.
