The Summer of Art 5-day program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience. While the 5-day experience is recommended, 2-day and 3-day options are also available.

  • Discounts

    Otis College is pleased to offer a $100 early enrollment discount to Summer of Art students who register before April 30. This is applicable to the 5-day option and 3-day option only.

  • Payment

    Full tuition payment or a $200 tuition deposit (before April 30) is required to reserve a space in Summer of Art. Please note that the $200 deposit is non-refundable. Registration will not be processed until payment is received.  After April 29, tuition must be paid in full upon registration. Students who submit tuition deposits on or BEFORE April 29 are required to complete payment on the Student Portal by Friday, May 27. All balances must be paid in full by Friday, May 27.

  • Art Supplies

    Estimated Cost: $200-$400

    Supplies vary depending on courses taken and are required for the first class meeting. Registered students will receive supply lists for each course via email approximately one month prior to the start of the program. The on-campus art store, Graphaids (located on the 1st floor of the Ahmanson building), has prepared kits for many of the classes at a preferred price. Kits will be available for purchase beginning Monday, June 20. Graphaids will accept pre-orders until Thursday, June 30. Students will be able to purchase or pick up their kits on the first day of Summer of Art. For inquiries regarding supply kits, please contact Graphaids directly at (424) 207-3770 or

    NOTE: Books are not for sale through Graphaids. Any items not available at Graphaids, including books, will need to be purchased by the student separately. Be sure to bring your supplies on the first day of class.

  • Overdue Accounts

    If a student’s account accrues a balance due (payment due, returned check, and/or dishonored credit cards, etc.) that remains unpaid for more than fifteen (15) days, the account will be assigned to a collection agency. All such accounts will be charged collection costs, including but not limited to collection agency fees, legal fees, and court costs. This information will be disclosed to credit reporting organizations.
