Submit Your Manuscripts to Otis Books in November!

Otis Books is accepting unsolicited manuscripts during the month of November. The press publishes works of contemporary fiction, non-fiction, and poetry, with a special interest in translations and writings from and about Los Angeles. There is no reading fee and both established and unpublished writers are welcome to submit.

Author Pierre Joris lecture

Graduate Writing presents a reading by Pierre Joris, who has moved between the U.S., Europe, and North Africa for 50 years, publishing more than 40 books of poetry, essays and translations. In 1992 he returned to the Mid-Hudson Valley, and currently teaches poetry and poetics at the State University of New York, Albany.
