Alumni Team Wins Rome Prize

The American Academy in Rome announced today that the alumni team of Kim Karlsrud (Product Design '07) and Daniel Phillips (Architecture/Landscape/Interiors '08) are the recipients of the 2013-14 Rome Prize Competition in Landscape Architecture. Winners of this fellowship spend from six months to two years in Rome, completing their proposals. This prestigious prize is awarded to approximately thirty individuals who represent "the highest standard of excellence in the arts and humanities."
