Otis College’s second-year MFA Fine Arts candidates will exhibit their thesis shows from February through May in the Bolsky Gallery on campus, after which the exhibitions will be available for online viewing in virtual galleries. New shows are installed throughout the Spring semester, and students are available to discuss their work during in-person receptions held during their respective exhibitions. The MFA Fine Arts program at Otis is open, inclusive, and interdisciplinary, composed of advanced artists who are engaged and committed to exploring an art practice in its various forms, traditions, and contexts. The students have 24-hour access to work in their individual on-campus studios. The thesis shows culminate the students’ public exhibition of their work, following Annual Open Studios and a Mid-Residency Show, all of which take place over the course of the two-year program.
