BFA from Otis Digital Media
Sylvia Leung graduated from Otis College Digital Media Department with a focus on storyboards in 2005. While at Otis, she was a teacher's assistant for many figure drawing classes and Drawing the Fantastic as well as an English Tutor for the Liberal Arts and Sciences Department. With these 4 part-time jobs, she also had a 2-hour commute a day and cranked out 450+ pages of manga during the 4 years at Otis. Since graduating, she’s worked on so many more projects!
Currently, Sylvia is a freelance comic book artist and storyboard artist on demand. She’s also taught Otis' Manga Drawing class through the Extension office since 2006. She resides in Burbank with her husband, a saltier-than-she-should-be 8-year-old daughter, and a small menagerie of animals
