The Otis Alumni Association is seeking volunteers to serve a one-year leadership term on a variety of advisory groups. With the support of dedicated volunteer members, we host a number of stimulating networking and social events and a number of initiatives designed to engage and support the Otis alumni community.
This Board is key to strengthening connections among alumni and serving the Alumni Community.
We seek membership of diverse interests, locations, degrees, and class years to help keep a representative group with the broadest reach and skill base. We encourage alumni from all backgrounds to apply.
The Alumni Board will be an important link between Otis College and has several functions during the course of a year.
The Otis College Alumni Board Serves to:

Provide opportunities for engaged alumni to serve the college;
- Help increase alumni engagement;
Qualities considered important for effective Otis College board members include:
- Commitment to active participation in events and programs sponsored by Otis Alumni and the College
- Ability and willingness to assume the responsibilities of the Board, such as commitment to attend and participate in meetings, and to act as an informed ambassador for Otis
- Ability to work well with people individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Aid in the planning and execution of alumni events;
- Remain actively engaged between meetings by attending events, staying up-to-date with college happenings, and responding to communication from the Advancement Office.
