Bio/Affiliation: 

David Russel’s thesis and work explore the modernization of the L.A. infrastructure, the politics of art in public space, ethical strategies of community engagement and alternative pedagogical strategies. Russell currently directs the Mobile Mural Lab (MML) with co-founder Roberto Del Hoyo. The MML is a mobile art space that focuses on mural education and production in Los Angeles.
