Jennifer Caveza is a consumer products executive specializing in the toy and licensing industries. She's a creative business leader with expertise in product development and strategic brand building. Over her career in children’s entertainment, she has managed world-renowned brands and held executive management roles at top toy manufacturers, a leading entertainment company, and a prestigious global advertising agency.

Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Toy Licensing at ViacomCBS. In this role, Jennifer was responsible for numerous product categories for the company’s brands including Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, and Paramount. She oversaw licensing deals and identified new business opportunities. Essential to her job was working with content creators to ensure their stories translated to successful consumer products. One of her biggest accomplishments was bringing a billion-dollar franchise to Nickelodeon. Earlier she held global marketing roles at several toy companies. While at Grey Advertising, she handled the Hasbro Parker Brothers’ Games account.

She currently serves on the Board of Women in Toys, Licensing and Entertainment.

Jennifer’s work experience spans both large and small companies across numerous disciplines including the design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of toys.

She’s held leadership roles at ViacomCBS, Nickelodeon, Mattel, JAKKS Pacific, and Grey Advertising. Across her career, she’s developed toys for every category. She’s created original toy lines and worked on many well-known brands including Disney, SpongeBob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Paw Patrol, Cabbage Patch Kids, Hello Kitty, and more. 

On the entrepreneurial side, she owns a product invention company called majorTOY, which licenses innovative ideas to the industry. Important to note, that Jennifer previously served six years as the Assistant Chair of Toy Design and Faculty member at Otis College. She is a highly regarded, sought-after consultant in her field.
