She worked for companies producing dresses, tops and bottoms, tailored jackets for Junior, Better Sportswear, Petites, Plus size and kids’ divisions.  She has a strong background working for Premium denim companies. In Spring of 2021 she accepted a full-time Assistant Professor position at Otis College of Art and Design. Mrs. Idelman enjoyed her role as a studio instructor and despite working remotely, was extremely proud of her students’ achievements and Mentor Project work.
