Bio
Stan is a digital media production executive with a 30-year career in recruiting, artist management, talent development, production and studio operations. During his 14 years as SVP of Creative Resources & Digital Production for Imageworks, Stan recruited and managed thousands of creative and technical artists.
Stan founded StanleyVision in 2010, a consulting and recruiting firm for the Games, VFX, Animation, Immersive Media, and Virtual Production markets. StanleyVision’s clients include Madison Square Garden Company for The Sphere, LAIKA, Double Negative, Streamland Media, Innovation Studios, PlayStation, Imageworks, Technicolor, MPC, The Mill, Mikros Animation, Method Studios, Framestore, Digital Domain, Weta, Rodeo FX, Wayfair, Riot Games, and Universal Creative.
Stan is an Instructor at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles and teaches graduating seniors the mechanics and realities of self-marketing, job searching, industry research, and public speaking.
