Members of Otis College faculty and staff may request assistance from the Facilities Management crew by using one of the two following venues:
- Using the Track-It! Web link (for filing new work orders and checking progress of existing work orders - now SSO enabled)
- Sending an e-mail to facilitiesmanagement@otis.edu (for filing new work orders only)

Key Requests
Members of Otis College faculty and staff may file a request for new or replacement keys by completing the Key Request Form (pdf), saving it to your computer, and attaching it to a work order.

Facility Rental Contracts
For all requests to reserve campus space by non-Otis affiliated entities for educational, commercial filming, or other purposes, please use the Location Rental Agreement (pdf), in conjuction with Location Rates and Guidelines (pdf). All requests will be reviewed and honored on case by case basis!
Facilities Management Team
We currently employ nine full-time technicians, specializing in a wide variety of building and utility - related repairs and maintenance projects.
