The Story emphasis provides students with a structured pathway to develop advanced skills in narrative creation, visual storytelling, cinematic design, and creative production processes.
The four-course sequence offers a clear progression, from foundational screenwriting to animatic development, to cinematic storytelling, and finally to reflective practice and creative methodology. This allows students to specialize in story development as a distinct creative practice within animation.
Students will learn screenwriting, storyboards, and animatics, essential for creating compelling narratives. This emphasis fosters skills in cinematic storytelling, enabling students to effectively convey their artistic vision through animation.
