How to Ask Owlbert Questions

Owlbert understands complete questions better than single words or phrases.

Example:
Instead of typing: “sign language”
Try asking: “Do you provide sign language interpretation services?”

Keeping questions focused will help Owlbert provide you with precise answers.

Example:
Instead of asking: “When is my bill due and how much do I owe?”
Ask: “When is my bill due?”
Then ask: “How much is my current balance?”

Avoid extra details that might make your question confusing.

Example:
Instead of: “I plan to start in the spring after I graduate high school, when should I apply?”
Ask: “What is the application deadline for spring enrollment?”

Owlbert can provide information related to registration, billing, financial aid, and academic advising. Questions outside these areas may not receive a response.

If Owlbert can’t answer your question, they will let you know.

After answering, Owlbert will offer follow-up questions, helpful videos, and links to explore. These resources will help you find the information you need faster.

Do not share sensitive details like your student ID or Social Security Number unless Owlbert specifically asks for them as part of a secure process.
