This gown was created with the idea of combining inspiration from vintage and modern. I was able to fully design, pattern, drape and sew the gown during my final semester at Otis. This was for mentor David Meister; with the direction being a focus on bold color and drape, without fabric treatment. The inside of the gown is couture -level finished with corsetry and hand stitching techniques. Some images may be cropped. Click on an image to see the full image without cropping.
