I'm Phoebe Zheng, a 2D Concept Artist and Illustrator based in Los Angeles, California.
I have a passion for worldbuilding and character design and I've found video games
as a primary reference and source for all of my interests. I love designing my own
worlds and while I specialize in character and environment concepts, I love the technical
and narrative aspects of design as well.
